We value your business and ask that you respect our business.
Due to appointment cancellation and no-shows for regular and new clients, as a courtesy please remember to call us as soon as you know that you will not be able to make your scheduled appointment.
Any cancellation within less than 24 hours of notice is subject to a cancellation fee of 50% off the service cost.
No call or no show will result in a charge of 100 % of the service cost.
Prepay is then required for any future services.
We kindly request that children do not accompany you to your appointment visit.
Price Negotiation for our services is not accepted.
Please speak softly and refrain from using cell phones at the spa.
